Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This full-time, onsite
opportunity is ideal for a licensed BCBA specializing in behavioral
support within K-12 educational settings. Serving students across
elementary to high school grades, this contract position focuses on
delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions and consultation
to enhance student outcomes. Located in Joliet, IL, this role is
designed for a dedicated professional holding an Illinois BCBA
license and Professional Educator License (PEL). You will
collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement
behavior plans, conduct assessments, and analyze data to support
individualized student success. Key Responsibilities: Develop,
implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored for
K-12 students Conduct functional behavior assessments and make
data-driven recommendations Provide staff training and consultation
to promote positive behavior supports Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to address student needs effectively
Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with educational and
behavioral standards Qualifications: Illinois BCBA License
(required) Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) (required)
Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings
Strong analytical and communication skills to guide intervention
