Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in innovative
security services, is seeking a seasoned Security Program Director
to oversee and enhance our security operations within the
pharmaceutical sector. This specialist role involves directing
comprehensive security programs that align with the stringent
requirements of pharmaceutical facilities, protecting both
intellectual property and physical assets. The Security Program
Director will strategize, implement, and maintain robust security
measures that adhere to legal and regulatory standards, ensuring
the utmost safety and integrity of our clients' operations. Develop
and execute integrated security programs tailored to the
pharmaceutical industry, addressing physical, procedural, and
electronic security. Lead and mentor a team of security
professionals and coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure
cohesive security strategies. Ensure compliance with federal,
state, and industry-specific regulations and standards. Manage
budgets, allocate security resources effectively, and conduct
periodic security audits and risk assessments. Liaise with law
enforcement and other governmental bodies as needed. Provide
thought leadership and strategic guidance at senior management
meetings. Oversee incident response planning and execution,
managing responses to security breaches or other emergency
situations. Proven expertise in physical security, electronic
surveillance, and risk management. Strong leadership and strategic
thinking skills. Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the
pharmaceutical sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills, capable of explaining complex security needs to a
non-technical audience. Experience with security technology
platforms and software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Protection Professional
(CPP) by ASIS International highly preferred. Certification in Risk
Management Assurance (CRMA) or similar credentials.
