Job Description Job Description As the Finance & Insurance /
Business Manager at Windy City Harley-Davidson, you'll lead the
charge in helping customers secure financing and protection
products for their bikes. You’ll structure deals, present finance
and insurance options, and ensure compliance across the board—all
while working closely with the sales and management teams to keep
things smooth and successful. This role is SALARY COMMISSION. Key
Responsibilities: - Finance Facilitation:Submit credit apps, pull
reports, work with lenders, and get loan approvals secured. -
Product Presentation:Offer and explain extended warranties, GAP,
service plans, and other value-added products with confidence. -
Legal Compliance:Stay up-to-date and ensure all F&I practices
follow state/federal laws and dealership policies. - Team
Coordination:Collaborate with sales and management for seamless
handoffs and a streamlined customer journey. - Customer
Experience:Answer questions, overcome objections, and provide
transparent, professional service. - Paperwork Handling:Manage all
deal-related paperwork accurately, including titles, contracts, and
loan docs. - Performance Reporting:Track F&I metrics and report
to the General Manager and Finance Director regularly.
Qualifications: - Prior F&I experience (Harley-Davidson or
powersports preferred; automotive will be considered). - Skilled in
desking deals and understanding credit/loan structures. - Ability
to present and sell F&I products effectively. - Proven track
record of success in a fast-paced sales environment. - Excellent
communication, organization, and time-management skills. - Strong
knowledge of finance software, CRM platforms, and DMS systems. -
Familiarity with industry and regulatory compliance requirements.
