Job Description:
If you are looking to further your sales career within a
fast-growing and multi-technology SaaS platform, then this Account
Executive role is for you. It is essential in this position that
you have a breadth of knowledge to lead and execute the sales cycle
process specifically within strategic, enterprise accounts. What
You Will Do: Build and grow a strong pipeline of enterprise-level
prospects. Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting,
qualifying, conducting demos, negotiating, and closing
transactions. Effectively present and demonstrate our innovative
B2B SaaS platform to key decision-makers. Drive consistent revenue
growth by achieving or exceeding individual monthly quotas and
performance metrics. Develop and execute strategic outreach plans
to engage and nurture prospective clients. Requirements What You
Need to Be Successful: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business,
economics, marketing or related field. 3 years of experience in
SaaS, B2B or enterprise software sales. Demonstrated ability to
navigate and manage the full sales cycle with Enterprise accounts.
Proven capability of prospecting new clients and handling 50-100
new touches/day. Ability to consistently exceed monthly sales
targets by maintaining a healthy pipeline. Exceptional ability to
understand sales analytics and operations. Excellent communication
and presentation skills is a must. Who We Are: Since its inception

solutions that save you time and money. Compensation & Benefits: In
accordance with Illinois' pay transparency requirements, we are
committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay
range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually, plus
commissions. Pay is based on a number of factors including market
location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,
and experience. Pay ranges are subject to change based on evolving
market conditions or business needs. In addition to competitive
pay, Bectran offers a comprehensive benefits package, which
includes: 100% paid medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield
(choice of PPO and HSA plans). 100% paid dental, vision, and life
insurance through Principal. Options to participate in Health
Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plans.
Short-term and long-term disability (STD/LTD) plans available for
employee election through Principal. Retirement savings plan with a
401(k) offering Roth and traditional contributions through
Principal. 15 days of Paid time off (PTO) and 8 holidays off
