The expected base salary range for this position is between 74,240.00 USD - 97,440.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. Join our dynamic Sales Special Pack team as a Senior Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in bringing unique and customized packaging solutions to market across the U.S. In this hybrid role that blends project management and packaging engineering, you'll lead special pack initiatives from concept through commercialization. You'll work closely with Sales, Omni Marketing, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and external partners to deliver packaging that meets customer needs and drives business growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop cost-effective, high-quality packaging solutions that meet consumers' needs and customers' requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve profitability of offline repacks
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive and accelerate project timelines
• Evaluate alternative packaging options to support sustainability efforts
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills to address packaging and assembly challenges, maintaining production schedules and product quality
• Document processes and procedures, proposing improvements when appropriate
• Define proper packaging guideline for third parties to follow including SCJ and retailers' packaging specifications
• Ensure timely delivery of specs, beauty shots, samples, and other sales toolsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging, R&D, Supply Chain or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the USPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS Technical Skills:
    • Basic understanding of US Retail Landscape and sales process
    • Working knowledge of SAP and/or similar master data tool is a plus
    • Previous experience working cross-functionally
    • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
    • Breadth and depth of product development including tools, packaging technologies, manufacturing processes, and testing methodologies
    • Strong knowledge of ExcelInterpersonal and Leadership Skills:
      • Sound written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
      • Solid interpersonal skills to develop and maintain successful working relationships
      • Foundational planning skills to juggle competing tasks and priorities
      • Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and ability to work in a self-directed environment
      • Agility to adapt to changing work and customer demands
