for leadership, innovation, and diversityThe Region General Manager
is a senior front line individual contributor who drives sales,
helps to identify and generate opportunities for their network of
value-added partners while managing and guiding the partner's
activities. You will foster client satisfaction and drive demand
generation by maintaining regular customer contact with Phoenix
Dealers, consulting engineers, and end-users, while managing
customer expectations. You will develop customer relationships
through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminar, and
similar events. You will provide education of Phoenix Controls
products and services through technical presentations. You will
maintain and provide reports and opportunity status using
Salesforce. You will be responsible to provide weekly forecasting
into the business across your opportunities and accounts.--The
ideal candidate for this position will be located within the
Central Region for Phoenix Controls, consisting of; Illinois,
Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas,
Arkansas, Louisiana, or Mississippi, preference for major
metropolitan area with easy airline access and travel options.KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES---Deliver orders Annual Operating Plan and drive
revenue AOP---Manage existing value-added partners within your
territory---Maintain accurate and up to date opportunity pipeline
in Salesforce---Evaluate existing partner network and identify
potential partners---Hunt for and Develop new end user customers
within your assigned territory---Generate, maintain, and refine
account plans for Value Added Partners---Deliver technical
presentations on Phoenix Controls technology, applications, and
competitive comparisons.---Drive quarterly and monthly business
reviews with value-add partners---Become product expert in the
application, specification, sale, and service of Phoenix Controls
products, solutions, and service---Attend trade shows, seminars,
events---Manage all sales and marketing activity within assigned
region---Participate in and attend professional trade group
meetings, committees, eg ISPE, ASHRAE, ANSI, etc. as
assigned.---Perform assigned tasks as required---Up to 50%
TravelYOU MUST HAVE--- Minimum 3 years sales experience in the
field or equivalent applicable industry experience--- Minimum 3
years working with B2B technical building products, controls, or
engineered solutionsWE VALUE---Bachelor's Degree in Sales,
Engineering, Distribution, General Business, or relevant field of
study---A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best
practices---Experience in selling software technology
products---Deep technical expertiseAdditional Information
