Hiring for a company with lots of opportunity for growth and
family owned! This role is open due to a promotion, customer
service and client services is #1, very focused customer-oriented
company, very stable. Casual attire work environment.This position
is 100% onsite in the Des Plaines office. After 3 months, employee
can the opportunity to work hybrid/from home. Monday - Friday
8am-4:30pmCandidates will start making 16/hr. Once they move into
the call center role after 1-2 months they will make 17.30/hr.
Description:-Answering about 40 incoming phone calls each day,
including customer questions related to fueled cars. Communicate
with customers via email, about 100 emails/day.-Wheels has 300K
drivers all of which are issued fueled cars-Handles driver/fleet
inquires and problems.-Have a clear understanding of client
specific needs.-Use call tracking for all calls received.-Analyze
driver phone calls and watch for trends. -Log all calls for metric
purposes.-Keep average talk time at 2.5 minutes or lower.-Keep
service levels at 80% or higher.-Calls various oil companies when
necessary.-Example questions in the call center: What if the fuel
car expires? What if the company changes drivers how do we update
this? What if we need to update credit card information?
etc.-Answer a variety of questions from customers such as:
Understand fuel program features and benefitsUnderstand and
anticipate client needs and expectationsInterpret and follow up on
various issues and tasks concerning Fuel OperationsEstablish
effective communication channels with drivers and
co-workersConsistently maintain daily involvement with customer
related service issuesSupport Department Manager and Team Leads
with Clients' on-boardingRespond to requests from clients, drivers
and internal departmentsPartner with AEs, AMs, Fleets and Drivers
to handle inquiries and resolve problemsEnsure consistent
performance within customer Service Level Agreements
