A key enabler to this effort is empowering the team with the sales skills, process tools, and best practices to be efficient, productive and successful. Key Responsibilities --- Champion and support the UOP Sales Model--- Ensure that sales processes and global best practices are communicated, followed and tracked.--- Partner with the GMs to support, coach and train Sales Directors and Managers to ensure compliance to the Sales Operating System, sales MOS, and other sales operations processes and procedures--- Implement the Sales MOS, drive active attendance, and that outcomes are committed, tracked, and executed--- Facilitate and lead the sales forecast and pulsing processes--- Determine demand generation opportunities within region and work with CSO to ensure the team is educated on offerings and that pipeline build and order conversion occurs and is tracked.--- Oversee and help execute account plan reviews for top regional accounts--- Coordinate NPI Launch with OM's and drive effective Sales Sprints to ensure quick adoption of market--- Drive and participate in large ($10M+) project strategy meetings (Blue Sheet reviews)--- Determine training needs and work with Global Training Leader to develop and deliverYou Must Have--- Bachelor's degree--- 6+ years' experience in Process Industries business--- 2+ years in leadership experience in sales/channel management and business development We Value--- Strategic Marketing and/or Sales Operation experience is strongly preferred--- Experience in handling complex teams and different stakeholders via influence (i.e. other than direct reporting) to gain alignment and achieve results.--- Demonstrable experience in implementing strategies and growth initiatives--- Enhance sales management and driving multiple metrics preferred--- Experience in direct sales and channel management, handling B2B sales preferred--- Excellent presentation skills.
