Job Description We are looking for a responsible Customer Service/Marketing (one position) to perform a variety of customer service/marketing tasks. Duties include providing support to our staff and office manager, ordering parts, assisting in daily office needs, and our company---s general administrative activities. Duties of the Marketing Assistant include providing support to our Sales Manager in various Marketing needs. Skills Desired Proven experience as a Customer Service Rep. or office admin assistant with knowledge of ordering parts a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have a friendly outgoing personality and be able to communicate with customers over the phone on a daily basis. Must have a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Ability to multitask and problem solve. Must be proficient in Windows Operating Systems as well as in Excel. Quickbooks are a plus but not necessary. Social media marketing experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp, and YouTube. Experience with LinkedIn. Email marketing experience with Constant Contact or MailChimp. Must be able to use Adobe Photoshop. Graphic design, photography, and/or videography experience. High School degree or equivalent (Required). A marketing background is a plus.
