We achieve growth through the development of innovative new products and services, including lighting, lighting controls, building management systems, and location-aware applications.Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Process shipments via UPS and FedEx and loading product into trailerProcess pallets systemically through LIDS, Scanning products into systemWeigh, measure, and label productsProcessing boxes systematically through pack size and physically assemblePackage products, labelling and taping boxesBreakdown of inbound pallets and systemic processing of receiptsReview quantity discrepancies and update system as neededWrap pallets utilizing wrap machineEnsure labels left by distribution attendants are assigned to correct palletPut corner boards on product when appropriateMove product to dock door when appropriateHit hour by hour productivity goal. - Follow and maintain hour by hour board.Maintain a clean and safe work environment ensuring 5S is followedOther duties as assigned.Education (minimum education required)H.S.
