The SIMOS Team is currently hiring Warehouse General Labor Associates for 1st Shift in Des Plaines, IL! We're currently hiring for full-time, long-term positions that receive health/dental benefits in the first 30 days, paid time off, and weekly paychecks! This is a non-climate controlled warehouse. • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm ($18.50/HR)
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm ($19/HR)
• Weekend Shift: Saturday-Monday,7am-730pm (19.50/HR). Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.50 / hour Duties: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of in-stock products. Will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You must be proficient on the computer as you will be inputting information in the computer system. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse or with similar setting and duties.. Position Requirements:
  • Picking and Packing on carts
  • Process product utilizing RF Scanner
  • Must be able to stand duration of shift 10-12 hours
  • Proficient computer
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Climb ladders to pick
  • Steel-toe shoes required Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience.
