Associate (Materials Planning) in Des Plaines, IL.
This is a Direct Hire, Permanent position, meaning you will be
hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive

Salary: -$50-55k, plus bonus program up to 8%
Hours: 6am-3:30pm
Position Summary:
Supporting the Planning & Material team to ensure production
planning schedules and all related activities flow seamlessly to
support production and quality goals.
Job Duties:
Productions Scheduling
Process and planned order maintenance
Finished Goods MRP Parameter Maintenance
Creating and Maintaining Manufacturing support documents
Creating Repack and Relabel orders
Batch Yielding
Printing Product labels for all production orders
Back up for Purchasing
Assist in Safety Documentation and Reporting
Misc. Office Filing
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work
well with all parts of the organization
Ability to work well under pressure and assist team under
pressure
Associate degree preferred
Minimum of five years' work experience within a manufacturing
environment
MS Office skill set
SAP Experience
Chemical experience preferred
Manufacturing experience needed (within office setting, will help
with getting the candidate started)
Production scheduling, process & planned order maintenance,
creating & maintaining manufacturing support documents, printing
labels for production orders, back up to Purchasing employee,
office filing & organizing
