Job Description:

Kranze Technology Solutions develops complex, customized cutting edge aircraft avionics hardware and software systems supporting survivability, situational awareness, interoperability, and data collection systems. KTS is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to work with a growing team!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create production schedules for multiple areas
• Utilize MRP tools to release, schedule, and maintain production orders to meet customer and forecasted demand
• Order and stock adequate materials to avoid shortages
• Generate daily/weekly production reports
• Identify and report capacity constraints
• Create and maintain process documents
• Ensure accuracy of item data and parameters driving the MRP processes
• Work closely with supervisors, leads, and manager to ensure effective communication in setting expectations and deadlines
• Enforce system transaction timeliness discipline
• Help correct inventory discrepancies when discovered
• Work with supervisors and manager to implement process improvements to achieve better production performance
• Work with supervisors to ensure that materials and equipment are available to support production schedules, and materials are pre-arranged on production floor
• Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
• Other duties as assigned by manager
  Requirements
  
  Experience
  
  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or STEM
    Skills
    
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
    • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
