Kranze Technology Solutions, Inc is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to assist the accounting and finance department with day-to-day financial tasking, expense report processing, and accounts payable management. Responsible for organizing, tracking, and managing invoices as they pertain to different projects. Utilize various business systems to process invoices and expense reports. Will work in team settings as well as independently. Responsibilities:Process invoices including data entry, reconciliation, and review.Generate, review, and submit expense reports.General support of the finance and accounting groups as needed in day-to-day operations. Research, analyze, and investigate discrepancies between business systems and contribute to process improvement efforts. Communicate with vendors to follow up on invoicing statuses and resolve any discrepancies.Allocate shipping invoice costs between various contracts and internal projects. ----Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting or financeStrong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilityPreferred Experience:--Experience with Unanet and or Microsoft Business Central 365Any relevant accounting experience is a plus.
