The position will manage the timely dispatch, pick up, and delivery of every order ACI handles in all markets, while also focusing on our client's needs and ACI's industry leading standards for Customer Satisfaction.This position does require the ability to work out of our office in Chicago, IL and is not a remote position.Schedule:Thursday & Friday 4am - 12pmSaturday & Sunday 12am - 12pmPrimary Responsibilities:Be a reliable and dependable employee who shows up to work on time and regularly, understanding the high level of responsibility and accountability demanded from our clients and from us as a companyField inbound customer requests, via phone, or emailOperate dispatch software to ensure all routes & orders are properly assigned and contain the correct information for the delivery and billing processesManage drivers to meet on-time requirements and efficiency levels - meet company minimum on-time performance levels of 98.5%Notify clients well in advance of potential late deliveriesData validation and manipulation in ExcelUtilize dispatch software daily to transform shipment data into routes & ordersReach out to drivers and supervisors as needed to get delivery informationRotate on a holiday schedule to cover office hours and on-callEnsure contact phone numbers are input and maintained as well as proper accurate tags for all drivers & supervisorsBe able to answer any small questions or concerns that drivers or supervisors have with their applications or systems involved in their tasks. Requirements:
Required Experience / Qualifications:At least 21 years of ageMust have a valid driver's license and no more than 2 moving violations or accidents in the past 3 yearsHas a high school diploma or higherAuthorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureAbility to work out of our office in Chicago, ILStrong PC skills required (above average) - Excel and Outlook a must.Ability to pass background and pre-employment drug screeningAbility to work independently with ACI's standards for Customer Satisfaction as a guide.Organized, attentive to detail, self-starting, patient, curious, solid follow-through, communicative and multi-tasking.Highly motivated with a desire to be upwardly mobile.pm21PI201555473
