Job Description The Master Data Analyst will support various departments with key initiatives in expanding the use of enterprise master data. The Master Data Analyst will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of Customer, Vendor and Material related data in ERP system, Trade Promotion Management and other systems as needed, to ensure consistency of data and support of internal controls. Master Data Analyst Responsibilities Create and maintain Material, Supplier, Warehouse and Customer data in a manufacturing environment Assume full responsibility for data integrity and consistency in the HARIBO ERP system (SAP) Document approval and processing of any master data changes Monitor AIF interface to Trade Promotion Management system Ensure Master Data forms are updated and train new employees on form completion Develop and report on Master Data KPI---s Ensure compliance with internal procedures as required by HARIBO internal control policies Lead Partner with colleagues and functional teams on opportunities to ensure data integrity Collaborate with all functions to continually improve processes Provide data as needed to support business teams Active member of the SAP rollout team for manufacturing ensuring Master Data quality Other projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor---s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing SAP systems required Experience with SAP Material and Bill of Material setup and maintenance in manufacturing environment. Experience with SAP enrichment files and terminology. Experience with Data Analysis projects and reporting tools (SAP BI) Advanced knowledge and skills in Excel, Word, Access, Power Point required Understanding of order processing systems Understanding of master data and impact on inbound/outbound procedures Ability to work independently and effectively on a team Result-driven with interpersonal, verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills High level of enthusiasm and a passion for excellence Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven ability to gain commitment and build strategic work relationships What can you expect?
