Job Description:

Each team member has significant opportunities to solve a variety of complex technical challenges in small teams while working hand in hand with our defense customers.Primary Responsibilities:Handle day to day activities within the PLM system workflows; Work Orders, DOCCN, Non-Conformance, New Part Master Detail, Deviation/Waiver, etc.Handle day to day activities within the SCM system workflows; Work Orders, Cycle Counts, Physical Inventories, Property transactions, material/equipment issue, WMS updates, etc. Dispatch material handlers for undirected material movements.Execute PLM imports for new documents: drawings, schematics, parts lists, and existing legacy products.Generate Work Orders for Production Builds, Sub-Assembly Provisioning, Incoming Inspection, and ESS Testing.Perform scheduled Database Audits, Property Audits, Inventory Audits, and run weekly status Reports. Import received serialized items into the Inventory Master during production runs. Produce/Maintain As-Built End Items for serialized assets (current builds and issued products).Create Software Repositories and Issue Licenses to serialized products. Export Finished Goods data packages and Product Baseline drawings. Work with Operations/Supply Chain to understand new issues and requirements to assist in generation or generate new processes. Basic Qualifications:Familiarity and experience with PLM/database structures, Product Lifecycle Management Software, Microsoft Dynamics BC365, and SQL; preferred. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance in which US Citizenship is a requirement. 4 years related experienceExcellent organizational, communication and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
