Second Shift Dispatcher - Chicago OfficeBM2 Freight Services, Inc. is searching for a full-time Second Shift Dispatcher to work at our corporate office in Des Plaines, IL. Our prospective Second Shift Dispatcher will help BM2 Freight provide 24- hour service to our customers and carriers Monday through Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM. At BM2 Freight, employees are our No. 1 investment. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with exceptional phone etiquette who is interested in a logistics career with an award-winning, growing company.Carrier Sales Representative responsibilities:* Check Calls: Setting reminders to call carriers for load updates and document in TMS.* Communication: Facilitate communication with account representatives, carrier sales representatives, and customers. * Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service even when faced with disgruntled carriers.* TMS: Document all progress, updates, reminders, etc. in our TMS at all times. Training provided.
