Reviewer.
Key Responsibilities
Review course content to ensure alignment with quality
standards
Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues within established
workflows
Collaborate with authors and content teams to address quality
concerns
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in a content quality, quality assurance, or
similar role
Basic understanding of quality assurance methodologies
Basic understanding of content management systems and processes
Experience with office productivity and presentation software
Basic understanding of how to provide constructive feedback
