Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Growth Vector Leader for High-Performance Cooling.-- Reporting to the--Chief Growth Officer for our Performance, Materials and Technologies (PMT) team, this role is responsible for envisioning and shaping the future of our High-Performance Cooling business focusing on emerging industrial and electronics applications.-- This is an exciting time of growth, and we are seeking a leader who can capitalize on opportunities and Think Big to make things happen.

The successful candidate will blend strategy, innovation, and business expertise with technical skills and product knowledge. You will create a cohesive vision to commercialize and deliver a product and services, delivering sustainable, repeatable, and defendable returns.-- This role will join the team as an individual contributor but will build a team over time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead discovery and commercialization activities: develop/refine the business plan, develop and implement the product strategy, link customer needs to clear value proposition(s), align and partner with R&D on program priorities and technology development, execute product launches
  
  • Work with PDD (Product Design & Development) and Engineering to develop life cycle assessment (LCA) for cooling applications
    
  • Lead engagement of potential customers
    
  • Continually engage with the market to ensure competitiveness and incorporate customer input into the product roadmap, business model, and go-to-market approach
    
  • Drive strategy and tactical deployment of Business Development activities
    
  • Identify critical barriers to successful business advancement and develop and execute timely approaches to overcome them

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    
    
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
      
    • 15+ years of industry experience
      
    • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, global Sales and/or Operations, and P&L management roles
      --PREFERRED
      
      
      • Prior experience in industrial product management with the commercialization of new technologies
        
      • understanding of sustainability and the markets/technologies that support
        
      • Strong matrix leadership with proven results in creating, adapting, and driving change
        
      • Experience developing strategic partnerships and commercializing new product development
        
      • Success in building new solution initiatives from strategy to execution
        
      • Proven track record of customer engagement on a global basis and building long-term strategic and executive relationships
        
      • Strong customer focus and commitment to value creation.
        
      • Ability to connect the dots and handle project plans, timelines and risks effectively to enhance organizational value.
        
      • Experience working within a startup environment - building a business from the ground up and/or scaling up a business
