Job Description:

Kranze Technology Solutions is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to perform a mix of inventory management, preventive maintenance, optimizing and supporting processes within production. The position supports electrical, mechanical, and avionics related to and supporting assembly of our customized cutting-edge electronics and hardware systems utilized in ground and aircraft operations. - Our systems support survivability, situational awareness, and the interoperability field.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• 
  Support operations in the area of service, inventory, and material movement
  
  
• 
  Manage, inventory, and order supplies and materials required for production
  
  
• 
  Directly support, maintain, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency:
  
  
• 
  Preventative Maintenance- ensure tools and machinery are maintained -
  
  
• 
  ESD- ensure assets are maintained and are in a sufficient quantity
  
  
• 
  HazMat- ensure proper inventory and disposal
  
  
• 
  Calibration- ensure calibrated materials are properly tracked and maintained
  
  
• 
  Assist with implementation of new processes and procedures
  
  
• 
  Assist with training and maintenance of records within Operations
  
  
• 
  Support production builds:
  
  
• 
  Wire harness label generation, laser wire marking, laser cutting and etching
  
  
• 
  Assist with production tasking
  
  
• 
  Liaison with internal and external customers to support above mentioned tasks
  
  
• 
  Perform general office tasks
  
  
  Requirements and Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    High School Diploma- Associates degree an advantage
    
    
  • 
    2+ years' experience in fabrication, avionics, or electrical assembly facility
    
    
  • 
    Inventory management
    
    
  • 
    Hazardous Material handling, storage, and disposal
    
    
  • 
    US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
    
    
    Other Skills:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Knowledge of and the mechanical aptitude to use common hand tools utilized assembly and repair. To include crimp tools, cable strippers, soldering equipment, digital measuring equipment, multimeters, and basic hand tools
