    As a Compliance Coordinator you will assist with the ongoing compliance audit and monitoring for federal, state, regulatory, and contractual requirements. This position promotes compliance with OE's mission, vision, and values through progressing all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

    Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Performs HIPAA and OSHA operation audits, evaluating, and preparing reports identifying areas for improvement in processes and workflows.
    • Assists with maintaining cybersecurity training and policy to support OE's Information Security Program initiatives and regulatory compliance.
    • Gathers all relevant information for potential compliance issues, determines underlying causes, and relates information from various sources to draw logical conclusions.
    • Works with Compliance Officer in performing and responding to compliance and regulatory audits.
    • Perform follow-up work to audits for validation and closure.
    • Assist with data analysis to determine root cause of reported or identified issues and determine level of escalation required.
    • Assists with compliance education and training materials.
    • Assists with dashboards, reports, or other deliverables to be presented to Senior Leadership.
    • Reviews and catalogs incident reports and non-conformances.
    • Assists with the management of the compliance hotline.
    • Maintains knowledge and utilizes appropriate resources to provide educational, technical, or informational services to the workforce or patients.
    • Maintains metrics for internal audits and status updates.
    • Maintains departmental compliance records.
    • Will work on a broad variety of activities including data entry and maintenance as the backup system administrator for GRC system.
    • Work closely with the Compliance Officer to identify trends or other opportunities to develop best practices and raise awareness of key compliance risks based on an analysis of reports.
    • Will demonstrate professionalism, excellent judgement, clear communication, and attentiveness to details, completing their work in an audit-ready manner.
    • Identifies and pursues activities/development opportunities which are appropriate for position and personal development objectives, e.g., participation in relevant professional groups or associations, continuing education as participant.

      • Hybrid Work available after 90 days of employment. Hours and Pay:
        • Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
        • Salary range $47K - $60K Requirements:
          Requirements:
          • 3+ years of compliance and IT auditing, preferably in a healthcare environment.
          • Strong OSHA, HIPAA privacy and security experience.
          • Understanding of security frameworks, standards, and controls.
          • Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance.
          • Familiarity with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
          • Competence in training workforce members.
          • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
          • Proficiency with business applications and tools.
          • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will experience prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
          • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Hours and Pay:
            • Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
            • Salary range $47K - $60K
