• Provides general support to all accounts assigned to their team
• Follow customer specific SOP's to ensure we meet our client's needs as well as give them a positive experience every time
• Will help with tracking and tracing on shipments
• Build shipments in our TMS, call shippers/receivers to confirm addresses, schedule appointments via phone or portals
• Provides operational support to ensure shipment integrity
• Work with Account Executives to support specific accounts needs
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve address and resolve issues
• Performs other duties as required and assignedWork Experience and Background Requirements
  • Logistics experienced preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong decision-making ability and judgment
  • Sharing, positive and energetic team player
  • Flexible thinker, solutions-oriented
  • Open, enthusiastic, full of energy
