Job Description:

Kranze Technology Solutions is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to perform a mix of inventory management, preventive maintenance, optimizing and supporting processes within production. The position supports electrical, mechanical, and avionics related to and supporting assembly of our customized cutting-edge electronics and hardware systems utilized in ground and aircraft operations.-- Our systems support survivability, situational awareness, and the interoperability field.--Responsibilities:Support operations in the area of service, inventory, and material movementManage, inventory, and order supplies and materials required for productionDirectly support, maintain, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency:Preventative Maintenance- ensure tools and machinery are maintained-- ESD- ensure assets are maintained and are in a sufficient quantityHazMat- ensure proper inventory and disposalCalibration- ensure calibrated materials are properly tracked and maintainedAssist with implementation of new processes and proceduresAssist with training and maintenance of records within OperationsSupport production builds:Wire harness label generation, laser wire marking, laser cutting and etchingAssist with production taskingLiaison with internal and external customers to support above mentioned tasksPerform general office tasksRequirements and Qualifications:High School Diploma- Associates degree an advantage2+ years' experience in fabrication, avionics, or electrical assembly facilityInventory managementHazardous Material handling, storage, and disposalUS Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearanceOther Skills:Knowledge of and the mechanical aptitude to use common hand tools utilized assembly and repair.
