We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to fill the position of Home Health -Aide on our home care team.

Caregiver Qualifications: -2+ -years as a HHA/Caregiver in the home care sector.High School diploma or equivalent preferred. - -Able to lift 50+ lbsRegistered on the IDPH caregiver registryEssential Functions:Be responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming and feeding, assisting clients with medical equipment, and medication reminders.Providing vital information on clients through Clear Care.Assist clients in activities of daily livingDocument care providedProvide care and compassion to foster the client's physical and emotional well-being
