*$75,000 - $85,000/Annually*

The *Customer Service Supervisor* is a strong link between the customer service team members and service center management. The *Customer Service Supervisor* helps organize and plan team meetings, assign duties, address concerns and troubleshoot problems. Strong people skills and the ability to organize team members and delegate tasks are top requirements. The *Customer Service Supervisor* follows company policies and ensures team members adhere to all standards and guidelines.

*Customer Service Supervisor* *Responsibilities: *

* Provide direction to team members (10) to ensure all customer inquiries are attended to on time and in the best way possible
* Aid team members who are experiencing difficulties in the execution of their duties by giving personal coaching/training
* Delegate customer service duties to team members to ensure a fast and smooth flow of operation through division of labor
* Provide more direct customer support during the department's busiest times, but also assist customers throughout the workday
* Perform and oversee the completion of tasks for the day including processing sales orders, credit notes, customer payments and customer inquiries
* Serve as the liaison between the organization and the customer service team members to ensure smooth communication
* Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position

*Customer Service Supervisor* *Requirements: *

* 2+ years' experience in a Customer Service Team Lead or Supervisor type role
* Associates or bachelor's degree preferred, not required
* Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing with customers
* Must be a self-starter, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
* Proven ability to lead in a team environment
* Maintain the highest level of organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Software, and typing skills are required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
