critical and highly visible effort focused transforming Program
Management and Execution. The team engages deeply on best practices
for program and project management with an initial focus on the
five projects GBEs. The preferred locations are Houston, TX or
Mason, OH. Charlotte, NC, Des Plaines, IL, or Phoenix, AZ are
alternate locations.The role is responsible for the development and
execution of programs designed to standardize work process and
tools, data model and analytics and, in partnership with Corporate
HR, building future DNA in program management across the
corporation via robust partnership with corporate and project GBE
business leadership. This role will be accountable to the recently
posted GPMO Program Director Role. Together, these two roles must
drive: Digitally enabled work process standardization, KPI
automation and reporting MOS, PM transformation in partnership with
the learning academy and HR.
Key Responsibilities: --- Partner with Enterprise IT team and GBE
PM tools owners to develop and implement digital toolkit to enable
robust program and project management including foundational GPMO
solution and other design tools along with integration to other
foundational applications (e.g. ERP). In this role, you will
contribute to the enterprise GPMO requirements, implementation
strategy and ongoing transformation activities to ensure
utilization and benefits realization.--- Develop and execute a
weekly and monthly MOS of KPI based dashboards to track performance
and make strategic decisions and FORGE enabled, AI driven
automation as a key driver to optimize core RDE processes by
partnering with Enterprise Data Warehouse team, FORGE AI Team and
GPMO and GBE Analytics team to create Digital GPMO capabilities.---
Own monthly reporting MOS at HON/GBE/Project level to assess
program and project health and identify Root Cause and define
Corrective and Preventive Actions to address systemic gaps in
People/Process/Technology/Data.--- Own monthly reporting MOS at
HON/GBE/Project level in support of cash flow activities--- Partner
with corporate HR to develop a program to ensure people readiness
to transform project and program management at Honeywell. Including
but not limited to: People and Project Certification, Competencies
and courses (e.g. PM Academy, Upskilling, Incentive programs).---
Develop a program to recognize technical mastery in program
managers via the creation of a PM council and, potentially, a PM
Fellows program.--- Drive an external focus by identifying and
integrating world class PMO work process transformation--- Lead PMO
footprint and talent roadmap development and executionYOU MUST
HAVE--- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Project
Management--- 3+ years of experience in project managementWE
VALUE--- Master's degree--- Large population Management Experience
and prior PMO experience--- Experience in working in diverse
projects, Matrix organization structure, with solid and dotted line
reporting across global sites.--- Demonstrated business acumen with
the leadership and functional ability to define and implement
strategies--- Ability to structure and independently lead
cross-functional strategy projects, working collaboratively with
stakeholders across the company--- Experience with project
planning, scoping, and execution in a phase-gate and/or agile
environment--- Storytelling skills; delivering presentations with
ease, engaging audiences--- Proven capacity to be effective in a
complex global business environment. Ability to forge solid
relationships and manage across broad and geographically dispersed
businesses--- Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing
