System Solutions Engineer - MSPWe are currently seeking a System Solutions Engineer - MSP candidate to be part of a growing MSP. You will join a team of trained and certified technicians, engineers, and customer service representatives. The System Solutions Engineer - MSP will provide day-to-day support to clients implementing projects and deploying new technologies. The System Solutions Engineer - MSP will be responsible for modernizing infrastructures, accessing and building out networks, supporting escalated support, and delivering exceptional IT solutions.The System Solutions Engineer - MSP will have experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider. Working with Window Servers, Cisco, and virtualization technologies is highly encouraged to apply. You must be willing to travel to client sites and provide end-to-end solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, including PCs, Switches, Routers, Internet, E-mail, etc.System Solutions Engineer - MSP Experience

• Design and deploy servers in on-premises and cloud environments, using VMWare, Microsoft Server 2012/2016/2019, and Microsoft Azure
• Building and managing firewalls (WatchGuard, SonicWall, Meraki)
• Serve as the top tier of escalation for complex server and network issues
• MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER EXPERIENCE
• Define blueprint designs for business technology initiatives, both internal and client-facing
• Develop best practices standards for client systems
• Work with service delivery manager to recommend technical direction for managed IT services offerings
• Superior troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
• Ticketing system experience (ConnectWise)
• Support end-users in a help desk and on-site environment, resolving hardware/software issues
• 1+ years of experience with Azure, AWS, Rackspace, or other cloud-based technologies.
• Experience migrating multiple customers from on-prem to hybrid cloud
