Job DescriptionThe Executive Assistant will provide high-level
administrative and organizational support to the EVP & Chief
Financial Officer of HARIBO of America. Located on-site at the
HARIBO of America corporate office in Rosemont, Illinois, the
Executive Assistant plays an integral role to ensure an effective
and smooth-running organization. The original and iconic HARIBO
Goldbears, created in 1922, have delighted kids and grown-ups for
100 years! The ideal Executive Assistant will have 5+ years of
experience as an Executive Assistant, demonstrated proficiency in
MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, prior experience
scheduling domestic and international travel, a Bachelor's Degree,
and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing, growing
organization. Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated, full administrative support to the EVP & CFO
of HARIBO of America
- Support HARIBO of America's Board of Directors and Executive
Management Team
- Manage the EVP & CFO's schedule, including scheduling meetings
and appointments with full access to calendars. Ensure executive is
prepared for and has the right materials for meetings on a daily
schedule
- Provide full administrative support to the EVP & CFO of HARIBO
of America
- Create all needed documents, spreadsheets and PowerPoint
presentations for Board meetings
- Arrange international and domestic business travel
- Partner with the rest of the Executive Assistant peer group as
needed
- Manage and maintain travel and expense reports Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant is
preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience with Outlook calendar scheduling
- Result-driven with excellent judgment, decision making,
interpersonal, verbal and written communication
- Ability to work under pressure and adjust to a diverse working
environment
- Experience with scheduling international and domestic business
travel
- High School Diploma / GED required, Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, ever-changing
