Job Title: Order Fulfillment Clerk - Customer Service Rep
Reports To: Sales Center Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Mon-Fri 10 am - 6 pm
Sat 10 am - 3 pm
Sunday - CLOSED
Flexible Schedule

Summary: Responsible for providing excellent customer service to distributors picking up their orders while following the guidelines and procedures set forth by Cura Resource Group.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.

• Sets up the staging and picking areas while making sure that the areas are fully stocked before opening.
• Picks order accurately in the order in which that are printed via the NTS (notification to ship) printer.
• Makes sure that each order delivered is accurate and has a signature of the receiving party as well as the delivery party.
• Assists with the receiving of the product shipment as necessary.
• Assists with the general cleaning of the facility.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the facilities manager.
  Education/Experience:
  High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  While performing the duties of this job, the Order Fulfillment Clerk is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The Order Fulfillment Clerk is frequently required to sit. The Order Fulfillment Clerk is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
