environments. We are seeking a detail oriented, computer savvy
Digital Sales/Customer Service Rep who will be an integral part of
our customer service team. This position is responsible for for
maintaining and improving customer relationships while interacting
with customers on a daily basis during sales and product inquiry
on-line transactions.Qualifications:
- A smile and a positive attitude!
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of customer service/sales experience in a call/customer
service digital environment.
- Strong keyboarding skills.
- Effectively uses business software tools.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business
reports.
- Ability to write reports and business
correspondence.Responsibilities:
- Guides customers through their online experience via chat
sessions.
- Promptly assesses customer needs and proactively provides
solutions.
- Receives and processes customer service inquiries and problems
via web channels.
- Handles returns, provide credits.
- Perform various support work
- Back up for in bound sales and customer service phone
calls.
- Utilizes excellent and professional written communication
skills to respond to incoming customer service and sales inquiries
via digital channels
- Fields customer service inquiries and transactions for
customers including:
- Establishes customer accounts documenting specifications,
pricing, billing, and other required information.
- Confirms understanding of customer needs, issues, and
requests.
- Serves as the customers advocate by solving problems on the
customers behalf by engaging with the correct department and people
within the organization.
