AmeriPro Roofing is currently seeking an individual to work in a fast-paced office environment, with the abilities to multi-task, utilize technical thinking, and negotiating skills to join our team.  This individual must have a strong attention to detail and the willingness to learn. COMPENSATION

• Salary (Starting at $40-$60K based upon experience)
• W-2 Full time Position

• Schedule is 8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday

DUTIES

• Play a crucial role acting as Sales Support 
• Working as a liaison for our homeowners by speaking to their respective insurance company to reach a legitimate final agreement regarding work performed by AmeriPro Roofing.
• Submitting appropriate documentation and photographic evidence to the insurance company to warrant a reinspection or full approval.
• Facilitate mandatory reviews of homeowner contracts in comparison with trade estimation forms to ensure 100% accuracy
• Using CRM (similar to Salesforce) daily to maximize efficiency and organization 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Persuasive and Negotiating Tactics
• Strong Phone Presence
• Proven Inside Sales Experience
• Strong Math Skills
• Working in an office environment
• Effective Communication Skills
• Microsoft Office knowledge including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Share Point
• Roofing, Siding, and Gutter knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Experience in Using CRM Platform preferred, not required
• Experience with Google Earth and other forms of aerial imagery mapping is a plus, but not required
• Ability to analyze pictures
