Description:A restaurant and retail focused firm is hiring for a 2 year Architect to join their team!Job Responsibilities:Produce full sets of construction documents in Revit or AutoCADResearch Building Codes for projects candidate is assigned toCommunicate with municipalities for proper permitting and zoning documentationSkills & Qualifications:- Bachelors/Masters in Architecture- Proficient in Revit- Ability to draft architectural drawings in AutoCAD- Minimum of 2 years of experience working at a US architecture firm producing construction documents- Experience and knowledge of researching building codes- Experience coordinating with municipalities to retrieve permits for construction- Retail project type experience highly preferred About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
