Job Description Job Description Salary: An Press Operator is in charge of preparing, adjusting, and running a Heidelberg XL-106 W/UV printing press and performing regular maintenance on the equipment. He/she is key to delivering high-quality printing and meeting our customers expectations. Key Responsibilities : Prepare and adjust the press and all peripherical equipment Run the press and deliver a product that meets the client's needs and company expectations Perform quality controls while running and make necessary adjustments to the machine Perform maintenance and minor mechanical adjustments or repairs on the equipment following an established preventive maintenance schedule Ensure that all raw materials are available before starting production Work in very close collaboration with the Assistant Press Operator Participate in any other related task Profile : Autonomous, Resourceful, Accountable, and Meticulous Great team spirit Flexible Job Type: Full-time Salary: From DOE Benefits: 401(k) Dental Insurance Health Insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 8-hour shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift Overnight shift Overtime Weekend availability Experience: Printing: 2 years (Preferred)
