Job Description Job Description Location: Elk Grove Village, IL Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience) Job Summary We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Stand-Up Forklift Driver to support our warehouse operations in Elk Grove Village, IL. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, loading and unloading trailers, and maintaining an organized and compliant warehouse environment. English proficiency is required for safety procedures and team communication. Compensation & Work Environment - Competitive hourly pay based on experience - Professional warehouse facility - Temperature-controlled and refrigerated work areas - Fast-paced, safety-focused operation Key Responsibilities - Operate a Stand-Up Forklift with precision to move, stage, and stack products - Safely load and unload trailers while ensuring shipment accuracy - Verify incoming and outgoing freight against documentation - Follow all warehouse safety policies and OSHA guidelines - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area - Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members in English to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications & Requirements - 2 years of professional experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift (required) - Current or prior Stand-Up Forklift Certification - English proficiency required; bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly - Comfort working in cold or refrigerated environments, including coolers and freezers - Reliable attendance and punctuality - Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak business periods
