The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning law, financial matters, and accounting principles to ensure clients' assets are managed and distributed according to their wishes. Key Responsibilities Draft and review estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney Advise clients on estate tax implications and financial planning options Assist clients with probate and trust administration Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and goals Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations Collaborate with financial advisors and accountants to provide holistic estate planning services Qualifications Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school Admission to practice in Illinois 4 years estate planning experience Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities Benefits Salary range: $115,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience.
