ENVIRONMENTAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2062)DescriptionOur client is seeking an Environmental Litigation Associate with 4-5 years of experience to join their Chemical Life Science practice group in Chicago. Ideal candidates will have experience in environmental and/or toxic tort and product liability matters, class actions in false advertising, and/or unfair business practices. A background in science or medical issues is advantageous, along with knowledge of environmental compliance and chemical regulation. Responsibilities include research, client advisory work, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, motion practice, witness and trial preparation, and business development. The role offers significant client interaction and hands-on legal work. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of the Illinois Bar.
