Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to lead and optimize enterprise-wide reporting and analytics systems in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. In this role, you will collaborate across multiple departments, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, to implement data-driven solutions that strengthen decision-making and operational efficiency. Your ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams will be essential in driving successful outcomes. This role is a direct hire opportunity and requires a full onsite schedule, and no visa-sponsorship is offered at this time. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies for enterprise-wide ERP analytics and reporting that align with organizational goals. • Lead initiatives involving predictive and prescriptive analytics, incorporating advanced technologies like AI. • Optimize and manage ERP systems to enhance real-time analytics, forecasting, and automation capabilities. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights using tools such as Tableau. • Oversee training programs to enhance user proficiency with ERP analytics tools and methodologies. • Manage vendor and consultant relationships to ensure productive engagements that meet strategic objectives. • Drive decision-making processes in matrix environments by coordinating efforts across multiple teams. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to ERP systems. • Ensure the security and reliability of IT systems, including implementing backup and disaster recovery protocols. • Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and firewalls to ensure a seamless IT infrastructure. • Extensive experience leading large-scale ERP implementations and digital transformation projects. • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire teams and drive organizational change. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Advanced proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Oracle NetSuite, and ABAP programming. • Solid understanding of both traditional and Agile project management methodologies. • Relevant certifications in ERP technologies, such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
