BENEFITS & COMPENSATION Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 based on experience PTO: Generous PTO package starting at 3 weeks, plus holidays Retirement: 401(k) with company match Medical: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Other: Life insurance, disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, wellness programs RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER IN TEST Design and implement automated test frameworks and test cases Develop and maintain test automation scripts using industry-standard tools Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle Perform API testing and integration testing Identify, report, and track software defects Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability Create and maintain test documentation PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER IN TEST 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C# Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit) Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Timing is everything.
