Job Description:

Responsibilities:The Senior Analyst, will be responsible for owning and leading special projects, new initiatives, and process improvement across the rapidly growing organization. They will also be responsible for leading/driving Company-wide initiatives at the request of the CFO and/or Vice President of FP&A. They will collaborate with Regional CFOs and FP&A Leaders to drive process improvement activities and help to continue building a world-class Finance organization. This individual should be able to identify problems using analytical skills, generate collaborative solutions, and determine the best approach to implementing those solutions.

ExperienceRequired

• Ability to adapt in fast paced environment
• ERP and Consolidations System (SAP & Hyperion Planning is a plus)
• Proven skill in process improvement and leading global initiatives
• Decision making skills along with strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• 2 - 5 years: FP&A Experience in publicly traded companies
