Job DescriptionPosition Summary: The Mobile Device/System Engineer's role is to plan, organize, maintain and engineer solutions for the End User and mobile device environment at Reyes Holdings. This position is responsible for all devices in the SCCM, JAMF, MDM and security in the operations and infrastructure area that support the End User environment. Components include the Operating Systems, Application Delivery, Remote Access, MDM Profile Management, and system security of all cell phones, tablets, rugged devices, laptops and desktops. This role includes development and disbursement of end user and support documentation, training, and inventory for all End User/Mobile devices in the Reyes Holdings enterprise. Responsibilities will also include various vendor management activities and project management. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: * Responsible for automation and process improvement of current End user and mobile environments focused on processes for inventory of existing assets, tracking of newly purchased assets, patching, application deployments, and central management. * Responsible for the management and maintenance of enterprise Mobile Device Management platforms, SCCM, JAMF and End user devices. * Serve as the EUS operations point of contact for the central management for mobile devices (Android, WinCE and iOS), Intune, Desktop/Laptop systems, SCCM, JAMF, Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Mac OS, and all security software * Establish and Maintain corporate standards for all associated End User devices. * Collaborate with business unit IT groups to develop laptop, desktop and mobile/rugged device standards that meet each business unit's needs. * Provide subject matter expertise for architecture roadmaps and planning as it relates to mobile devices, End user devices and associated support technologies. * Research emerging technology and evaluate for company use as part of project work * Serve as Level III 24 x 7 Support for escalation of all mobile/rugged and End user device issues. * Manage, maintain, and create standard profiles and application groups for all mobile/rugged devices. Manage applications essential to business functions * Work with the Architecture, Engineering, and Security teams to implement, design, and perform configuration changes. Maintain relationships and facilitate resolution of any vendor performance issues * Other projects or duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or 2-4 years mobile device and System engineering experience. * Minimum of 5 years working experience and proficiency with mobile/rugged devices and End user systems in a large enterprise * Minimum of 3 years working experience and proficiency with managing the Workspace One Mobile Device Management platform, SCCM, JAMF. * Thorough knowledge of Android and legacy Win CE rugged devices. This includes creating and testing profile builds. * Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization. * Proficient in Microsoft Office * This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test. Preferred Skills and Experience: * Experience with supporting technologies and protocols including security, DNS, scripting, patching, pushing out profiles and updates to End user systems and mobile devices. * Understanding of supporting mobile device, end user laptops/desktops and application deployment models (DEP, VPP, JAMF, SCCM and Intune) * Sound working knowledge of Internet/Intranet technologies including security features. * Sound working knowledge of Windows server technology * Sound working knowledge of Network technologies (Routing/Switching/Wireless) Physical Demands and Work Environment : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
