Job Description:

HR Generalist - South Bend, IN Location: Fully Onsite Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 Benefits: Strong benefits package; mission-driven nonprofit environment Key Responsibilities Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in compliance with applicable laws and best practices Automate and manage digital employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment coordination Support employee relations and assist in fostering a positive workplace culture Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 2-3 years of experience; 5 years HR experience accepted without a degree Experience in onboarding, benefits administration, and HR file management Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment laws Nonprofit HR experience is a plus LI-ONSITE LI-SH1 ZRCFS INJUNE2025 HR humanresources generalist Click here to apply online
