Job Description:
DO & CO is currently seeking Recruitment Manager to join its
growing team. This position will either sit in our Des Plaines,
Chicago or Redondo Beach, California office and will oversee the
recruiting function for Los Angeles, Chicago and Detroit
offices.
Responsibilities
- Uses ATS to review, analyze and evaluate applicant's
information in response to postings.
- Posts open requisitions internally, externally and to
commercial job sites as requested.
- Supervise talent specialist and the recruiting lifecycle in
each location.
- Ensures minimum qualification standards are pre-determined
prior to posting in ATS.
- Conducts screening interviews, forwards qualified applicants to
hiring managers and follows up accordingly.
- Administers pre-approved selection tests where
appropriate.
- Establishes and manages interview schedules; plans and
initiates candidate travel arrangements as required.
- Execute an approach to employer branding that helps us attract
top talent, with an emphasis on diversity and ability to thrive in
a high performing start-up.
- Builds pipeline of talent through nurturing prospects,
cultivating external partnerships (vocational schools,
universities, airport partners etc.), networking intensively, and
cultivating referrals from DO & CO team members.
- Works with various partners to support DO&CO's people and
business goals.
- Attends recruitment functions such as job fairs, agency and
college events as needed.
- Administers pre-employment processes including reference and
background checks, drug testing, employment authorization
verification, etc.
- Extends and negotiates the job offer and maintain accurate
recruiting data.
- Creates partnership and conducts training with hiring managers
to ensure the posting and job description requirements are fully
understood and executed in a timely manner.
- Produce weekly recruiting and onboarding reports as
necessaryQualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with majority of
those years in hospitality or food service leading part or all of a
recruiting team.
- Experience in hotels or restaurants a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience at an executive search firm for hospitality or
entertainment client is helpful.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related major
or equivalent experience is required.---We Offer
