Job Description:

DIRECT HIRE Recruiter opportunity at one of our amazing clients in the construction industry in Rosemont. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and interviewing candidates for the operations side of the business and working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Pays up to $72K, immediate interviews!
Job Duties:

• Meet regularly with Manager to understand staffing needs
• Develop strategies to improve Inclusion & Diversity in the recruiting process
• Actively recruit candidates to fill open positions
• Create innovative sourcing strategies to proactively recruit passive candidates
• Conduct candidate resume evaluation, pre-screening interviews and hiring manager submittals
• Track and document candidate pipeline in Kronos (HRIS) and/or Applicant Tracking Software (ATS), priorities and performance data to share with hiring managers
• Establish and cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fill open positions.
• Research and suggest alternative recruitment methods, tools, and processes
• Conduct initial virtual screening of candidates
• Ensure follow up meetings or interviews with hiring managers
• Ensure that proper paperwork and documentation is entered into Kronos (HRIS)
• Ensure that EEO recruiting documentation is current
• Attend outreach events and job fairs that include hiring opportunities
• Other duties that may be assigned
  Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience
