Built on the tradition of innovation and the interdisciplinary knowledge network from AESKU.DIAGNOSTICS we offer unique diagnostic options: faster and more reliable test systems designed to improve clinical outcome for the benefit of patients and treating physicians together with efficient systems for lab automation.The Role:The HR Manager is a critical role responsible for providing day-to-day HR support to Aesku's USA based locations. - -As the sole HR representative of Aesku, you will be a crucial link to Aesku USA's locations. - -Through this role, you will interact with everyone in the company in some way, helping remove obstacles and looking after the culture and satisfaction of the workforce. - -What you will do: The HR Manager will own the relationship with management to provide guidance and partnership on employee relations, performance management, policies, etc. -Responsible for recruitment, orientation, benefits administration, training and development, employee retention and recordkeeping while maintaining compliance with all State and Federal laws. Essential Job Functions and Duties: -
--- - - - - - -Ensure Compliance of all State and Federal Employment Laws.
--- - - - - - -Develop, implement and administer HR policies and procedures.
--- - - - - - -Develop, implement and maintain Employee Handbook.
--- - - - - - -Plan and coordinate employee events.
--- - - - - - -Manage HR Budget.
--- - - - - - -Serve as functional resource for employees, ensuring their understanding and compliance with benefits and HR policies. - -
--- - - - - - -Ensure safe working environment for employees.
--- - - - - - -Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting thorough and objective investigations, as needed.Recruitment:
--- - - - - - -Understand the current business priorities to attract and develop talent.
--- - - - - - -Job posting and networking
--- - - - - - -Create and Maintain all job descriptions and advertisements.
--- - - - - - -Coordinate new hire onboarding and off-boarding activities. Benefit Administration:
--- - - - - - -Coordinate selection of benefits.
--- - - - - - -Manage all benefit programs.
--- - - - - - -Manage annual open enrollment process
--- - - - - - -Review benefit invoices for accuracy
--- - - - - - -Stay informed of and maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
--- - - - - - -Maintain proper employee contribution rates for elected benefits.
--- - - - - - -Coordinate COBRA paperwork and documentation.
--- - - - - - -Lead and manage 401k committee.
--- - - - - - -Ensure compliance with all HIPAA requirements. Employee Training, Development and Retention: -
--- - - - - - -Oversee performance management and coordinate salary changes.
--- - - - - - -Identify and/or coordinate training needs based on Performance Management reviews and business needs, as applicable.Recordkeeping: -
--- - - - - - -Maintain employee personnel records.
--- - - - - - -Update Organizational charts
--- - - - - - -Maintain payroll records
--- - - - - - -Manage PTO scheduling and tracking.Minimum Qualifications of the Position: Education: BS/BA in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.Experience:5+ Years of experience in HR role, manufacturing environment preferable, but not required.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and understanding of HR and industry related compliance requirements.
