An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Human Resources Director in the UOP business supporting the Lifecycle Solutions & Technologies (LST) business located in Des Plaines, IL. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensive experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the LST leadership team. You will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and actively engage in staffing, organizational development, & talent management for the currently $1.2B LST business. You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. Demonstrated ability to positively influence others, particularly leadership development and coaching. Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization Ability to navigate in a highly matrixed environment Ability to analyzed performance and reliability trends of product portfolios to drive improvements in project execution and on-time delivery Created competency assessment for organization to validate delivered skills gap analysis and remediation plan Strategic skills to develop and continuously identify and drive base cost improvements Strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive results in a highly matrixed organization.
