Job Description:

We have a team of over 700 around the world and looking to continue
that growth by adding another full time Recruiter to the Human
Resources team. You will work on a variety of different positions
within the organization to help support our technology recruiting
efforts. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior
leaders across various departments and have a "hands-on" approach
to attracting, assessing and hiring the best talent. We're looking
for someone that will thrive in an innovative fast-paced
environment, is a team player, will work hard, have fun and get the
job done.
We'd prefer this member of the team to be onsite at either our Des
Plaines or downtown Chicago location.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle recruitment process for technology positions
including sourcing, screening, facilitate assessment exercises and
ultimately sign top candidates
Use your "always be recruiting" attitude to introduce people to
Americaneagle.com from online channels, referrals, hiring
platforms, career fairs, and of course your own network
Assist with posting detailed job descriptions on our careers page &
outside job boards including LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and Indeed
Act as an advocate for both Americaneagle.com and the candidate
throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touch points
and providing diligent follow through resulting in a best in class
candidate experience
Utilize creative marketing, sourcing strategies and techniques to
attract qualified candidates
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a
related field
At least 2 years of working as a full-cycle recruiter with a focus
on software engineers and technical roles, with knowledge of the
latest technologies preferred
Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and
prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
Passion and ability to help build diverse teams
Ability to handle high volume, full cycle recruitment in a fast
paced environment
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
