Here are some of the skills that we are looking for in this individual: Valid and current Illinois license is required. One to Three years’ experience a plus. Strong communication, excellent communication skills and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships. Required education: High school or equivalent. Able to stand on your feet or sit for prolonged periods of time. Available to work a minimum of 4 days per week of varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We provide 100% free to our Colorists the following: Advanced, fast-tracked and customized onboarding training according to your technical skills. We provide Continuing Education hours for license renewal at no cost to employees. Training and guidance to support building your social media presence and your personal brand.
