Job Description St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois is
looking for a Primary Care Family Medicine Physician to join our
expanding outpatient primary care team under Prime Healthcare
Illinois Medical Group . Position Details Will be employed by Prime
Healthcare Illinois Medical Group , a hospital-affiliated,
multi-specialty group dedicated to delivering patient-centered
care. Provide comprehensive care for patients across all ages, from
pediatrics to geriatrics Family Medicine (Board Certified or Board
Eligible) Work Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime hours
(Outpatient-focused, with optional inpatient coverage if desired)
Starting salary: Competitive base with productivity bonus structure
Compensation structure: Base Salary Productivity Bonus Position

reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes
estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is
between $275,000-$280,000 on an annualized basis. The exact
starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time
of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of
factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset,
years of applicable experience, education, credentials and
