At Voyage Health we breed winners. Responsibilities Provide
high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Participate in
ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Assist
in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the lab. Monitor
patient vitals and respond to changes during procedures. Utilize
data and metrics to track personal and team performance.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient
outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and
documentation. Engage in performance reviews and set personal
development goals. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control
measures. Educate patients and families about procedures and
post-care. Evaluate and implement best practices to improve lab
efficiency. Contribute to a positive and results-driven work
environment. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in
Illinois with cardiac care experience. Proven ability to monitor
and respond to patient vitals effectively. Experience in assisting
with cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures. Commitment
to ongoing professional development and training. Strong ability to
collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Skilled in
maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
Understanding of safety protocols and infection control measures.
Ability to utilize performance metrics to track personal success.
Experience in educating patients and families about cardiac
procedures. Eagerness to contribute to a results-driven work
